Young Voices, Shared Cultures: A Holiday Experience with Vinston Charity

Arriving in Beijing on the 22nd of December, Vinston Charity visited the conservatory for the Beijing Grand Palace Museum. There, we interviewed the Palace Museum Conservators Huo Haijun of the Conservation Studio for Ceramics and Ji Xiuwen of the Studio for the Mounting of Calligraphy and Painting. We had a chance to tour and understand their work along with engaging in a sit down interview with both of them. 

Why This Matters
This project strengthened cultural understanding while giving students firsthand responsibility in community-based service and collaboration.
